You show me what it does now, and I find out why it broke. Then you get one fixed price, and it doesn't change after you say yes.
If it turns out to be a bigger rebuild, I say so in plain words before any more work, and you decide.
Everything is set up on your own accounts, and you own it.
I build it and test it on your own sample data. You watch it work, then you pay, and then it goes live. You can switch it off yourself any time, and the work goes back to how you did it before.
