The price above is where it starts. Once your answers cover the job, you get one fixed price, and it doesn't change after you say yes.
If it needs a paid tool, it's in your name, and the plan says what it costs a month. A job over $1,000 takes half up front.

If your property software already logs inquiries and follows up, and your team uses it, you may not need this, and I'll tell you so. Applications and screening stay in your own software, and nothing here asks for them.
