You pay every month for a scheduling app, property software or a form builder. It can already send the “got it” reply or the reminder, but nobody has had the time to switch that part on, so the office still does it by hand.
The price above is where it starts. Once your answers cover the job, you get one fixed price, and it doesn't change after you say yes.
It runs on the plan you already have, so there's no new monthly cost. If your plan can't do the job, I tell you before you pay anything, and anything we'd build beside it gets its own price.
Everything is set up on your own accounts, and you own it.
We set it up on your own account and try it on a made-up customer first. You watch it work, then you pay. You can switch it off yourself any time, and the work goes back to how you did it before.
